How long will it take my order to arrive?
That depends upon the shipping option you requested when you placed your order. Please consult the email receipt that you received to find your estimated delivery date.
If no longer have this email or you're concerned that your order has taken too long to arrive, please email our Customer Service Team. This will create a service ticket in our system and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Signed Items and Lynn's Travels:
All of our books are signed in advance, but prints and personalized items require Lynn's presence in the studio. Please note that Lynn is sometimes unavailable to personalize your order immediately which might result in a shipping delay; we will post notices in our store during Lynn's absence to let you know when she'll return.
